This page sets out the framework for using Menorad’s public website. The Menorad website is operated by Farayand Ravan Rad.

These are not the purchase terms for Menorad OS.

If, after evaluation and discussion, a purchase is agreed, the details of the product or services being purchased, the scope of the relationship, the amount, Payment terms, and other commercial commitments are defined in the documents for that specific purchase—such as a commercial proposal, order, or other applicable specific terms.
The Payment process also takes place only in connection with a specific order or commercial arrangement. These Website Terms do not replace those documents.
